After importing your data and setting up memories, here's how to get the most out of chatting with your AI self.
Starting a Conversation
- Tap the "Chat" tab at the bottom of the screen
- Select your AI self
- Type your message or choose a Smart Topic
Tips for Better Conversations
- Be specific — The more context you provide, the better your AI self can respond
- Correct mistakes — If your AI self gets something wrong, let it know so it can improve
- Share feedback — Your interactions help your AI self understand you better
